Speaking in Saskatchewan Thursday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said he was “disappointed” that Ontario Premier Doug Ford chose to “override the Charter of Rights and Freedoms” and backed city council in their efforts to halt Ford’s attempt to reduce their size.
