Atria will lease portion of Brock Street parking lot in Peterborough for Y Lofts

The majority of the Brock Street municipal parking lot in Peterborough will be leased to Atria developers for the luxury apartments being built nearby. While some nearby businesses aren’t happy about losing their parking spots, city officials say it’s in the best interest of the city.
