Tropical Storm Florence upgrades to a hurricane, threatens to effect Maritimes

An intensifying Hurricane Florecnce is still out in the Atlantic Ocean. It’s not expected to strike Canada at this point, but it is already having an effect in the Maritimes. Ross Lord reports.
