B.C. will use federal funding for opioid crisis to expand outreach: minister

B.C.’s minister for mental health and addictions, Judy Darcy, said Thursday her government would use some of the $71.7 million in federal funding to expand outreach teams and help connect people to overdose prevention treatments.
