Cincinnati officer violated policy after tasing 11-year-old alleged shoplifter, police say

Cincinnati police say an officer violated policy on August 6 after tasing an 11-year-old girl who was accused of stealing more than $50 from a Kroger, and was also caught on bodycam saying “this is why there’s no grocery stores in the black community,” prompting criticism from many.
