Judge orders couple who raised $400K for homeless man to turn over funds

A judge in New Jersey has ordered a couple turn over $400,000 raised for a homeless man, after he used his last $20 to pay for gas for a stranded motorist. The money is to be controlled by the man’s lawyers, but can’t be used until the judge determines how it’s will be managed.
