Mattis defends backing of Saudis despite UN claims of war crimes

U.S. Defence Secretary James Mattis defended the country’s backing of Saudi Arabia on air strikes on Yemen, calling incidents in which civilians are killed as tragedies, despite U.N. human rights experts saying Saudi Arabia may have committed war crimes.
