Scheer battles to gain support, name recognition before next year’s election

While Andrew Scheer was surrounded by supporters this weekend at his the Conservative convention in Halifax. But outside that blue bubble many Canadians still don’t know who he is. Scheer tells Abigail Bimman he was aware of this “monumental challenge” when he signed up for the job.
