American Red Cross says 16 evacuation centres open for Hurricane Lane

Brad Kieserman of the American Red Cross said at a news conference Thursday that there were 16 evacuation centres open on Wednesday in response to Hurricane Lane and 283 people across the island were already in them. He urged people who might come to one of these shelters to come prepared for a few days.
