John Horgan says B.C. wasn’t able to get cooperation from Nanaimo on modular housing

On Wednesday, B.C. Premier John Horgan spoke about affordable housing and said that the province had a 30-point plan that included modular housing. He added that the province wasn’t able to get cooperation from the City of Nainamo on their offer of modular housing for the hard to home.
