Restaurant owners have ‘obligation’ to protect customers: lawyers

Lawyers for the victims of a bombing at Mississauga’s Bombay Bhel restaurant said in press conference Tuesday, as they introduced a lawsuit against the restaurant’s owners, that they had a duty to protect their customers if they were aware of any potential threats against the establishment.
