Lindsay Flockhart has been charged with mischief and damages after she climbed a crane overnight and allegedly fell asleep inside the cab. This morning, the 34 year old, who was topless at the time, refused to cooperate with police who were attempting to rescue her. Jamie Mauracher reports.
