A homeless shelter in Kelowna is running out of time. Inn From the Cold must leave its current location near the Capri mall and faces an uphill battle to find a new home.
The operators say if they’re forced to close, clients could be put at risk, as they’re forced onto the streets of downtown kelowna. Kelly Hayes reports.
