Kyle Howard–Muthulingam, the 16-year-old who drowned last Friday at Woodbine beach is being honoured in a tribute at his high school after he tried to rescue a mother and her son from drowning. Katherine Ward joins us at Wexford Collegiate School for the Arts where the tribute is being held.
