Lawyer representing the media lays out argument against pub ban in Fredericton shooting case

A New Brunswick judge has ruled that a publication ban on details about the Fredericton shooting that killed four people including two police officers will remain in effect until at least Friday morning. David Coles, a lawyer for the CBC and representing the media consortium, said there is no evidence to necessitate a publication ban.
