Fredericton police confirmed Monday that police have completed collecting evidence from the apartment of a fatal shooting on Friday that claimed four lives. They also confirmed that the shooter had a license to carry a long gun and body camera footage from one of the police officers on the scene has been submitted to the RCMP.
