Fri, Aug 10: According to a study obtained by Global News, less than 20 per cent of pedestrian crossings and stop lines in the borough of Côtes-Des-Neiges/NDG have been properly painted. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, Montreal city councillor Marvin Rotrand is planning to introduce a motion for an overhaul on how lines are painted in the borough.
