Canadians warned to turn off phones at U.S. border

People travelling across the border and then coming home are being warned their cell phone isn’t private. Border guards are allowed to look at the device. Global National’s Robin Gill talks to Meghan McDermott of the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association to talk about the legalities of it.
