A 20-year grudge led to the cold-blooded shooting of a Houston doctor as he rode his bicycle to work last month, police say. Houston police said on Friday that Joseph James Pappas, who fatally shot Dr. Mark Hausknecht of Houston Methodist Hospital, committed suicide following a confrontation with the police.
