Mon, Jul 23: Toronto’s homicide rate has jumped to 55 deaths this year in the wake of the deadly attack on Danforth. As Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines reports, gun violence and the murder rate is much lower in Montreal – but that wasn’t always the case.
