Cook County Forest Preserve officials apologized Thursday for the officer who did nothing to help a woman who was being harassed over her shirt. Cook County Forest Preserve General Superintendent Arnold Randall said Officer Patrick Conner resigned after Mia Irizarry’s video of the harassment went viral.
