Trudeau asked to clarify position on spending 2% of GDP on defence

Speaking at the NATO summit in Brussels Thursday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was asked to clarify whether he agreed to President Donald Trump’s demand that Canada immediately increase defence spending to 2% of total GDP.
