Window cleaner swoops in to save woman, 50, collapsed on balcony

A Toronto window cleaner heard a cry for help when he was suspended halfway up a high-rise. With some Spiderman-like manoeuvres this window cleaner managed to rescue the woman, 50, who had collapsed on her balcony. Tom Hayes has the story.
