British police say couple “handled contaminated item”

A British government minister has accused Russia of using the United Kingdom as a “dumping ground for poison”. It comes as a team of British counter-terrorism investigators work on the second Novichok nerve agent poisoning in four months. As Redmond Shannon reports, Russia continues to deny any involvement.
