The Cobourg Waterfront Festival might be the coolest place to be this weekend.
With the heat wave blanketing much of Southern Ontario, there’s a cool breeze coming off the waterfront along the shores of Lake Ontario, along with of lots shade provided by the more than 200 artisan and craft vendors on site.
The 28th annual Cobourg Waterfront Festival is billed as the largest open air arts and craft show in the province.
The festival continues on Sunday and Monday with fireworks in the evening on Canada Day.
