Goal of search mission is to find survivors, says VJRCC

Due to steep terrain, a helicopter was deemed the best way to find a plane that went missing between Merritt and Hope, BC. But due to rain and clouds, the helicopter hasn’t been able to get close to the site where it’s believed the plane went missing.
