Vision Zero gets $22M from Toronto city council

The city has just approved $22 million dollars to go towards making Toronto streets safer but critics say vision zero has been a flop with 93 pedestrian death on our roads since its inception. Jamie Mauracher has more details on where the new money will go and what changes need to be made.
