Canadians holding on to hundreds of dollars in loyalty points

A new report by CIBC finds Canadians are hanging on to hundreds of dollars in unused loyalty points. The majority of us are unaware of how much value our points really have. But personal finance expert Rubina Ahmed-Haq says this is not a bad problem to have.
