Homicide detective says nothing in victim’s past to suggest she was target

At a press conference on Sunday, Detective David Dickinson from the Toronto homicide squad said that the shooting of 31-year-old Jenas Nyarko appears to be “a case of individuals coming from one neighbourhood in the city to another neighbourhood and shooting the first residents they see.”
