U.S. politicians raced to try and get votes to pass a second immigration bill on Wednesday, after a separate one failed due to a much harder stance on the issue. The vote has now been delayed to Friday in a last minute scramble for support for a permanent fix amid continued outrage over the separation of migrant families.
