No Hot Pets campaign launched in Peterborough by OPP and Humane Society

The Peterborough Humane Society and Peterborough County OPP launched the No Hot Pets campaign on Thursday.

Started by the OSPCA, the campaign aims to educate people about the dangers of leaving pets unattended in vehicles, especially during the hot summer months.

Const. Cass Jackson advises witnesses to pets in vehicles to not take matters into their own hands but call OPP instead.
