Homeland Security Secretary outlines when they will separate adults, children

Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen outlined when children and adults can be separated, saying it can happen when they can’t verify the familial relationship, the parent may be considered a security threat or if the adult is involved in human smuggling.
