Multiple people were killed in a suicide bombing in the Afghan city of Jalalabad on Sunday, according to an official. No group has claimed responsibility for the blast, which happened outside the governor’s office in the eastern Afghan province of Nangarhar, wounding at least 30 others, a security official said.
