Tory MP suggests Mexican cartels will take over Canada’s black market when pot is legalized

Sarnia-Lambton Conservative MP Marilyn Gladu suggested during debate over Bill C-45 on Thursday, that the government’s proposal to allow home-grown marijuana will lead to an increase in black market pot sales – something that will be taken over by Mexican cartels made possible due to visa requirements relaxed by the Liberal government.
