Quebec students with special needs face systemic discrimination: report

Wed, Jun 6: The Quebec Human Rights Commission has found the organization of specialized services in Quebec’s educational system is deeply flawed. As Global’s Anne Leclair reports, the commission is asking for more leadership from the education minister to better serve students with special needs and learning disabilities.
