Fatal house fire prompts closer look at suspected rooming houses in Scarborough

Though not formally confirmed as a rooming house, at least four people were found to be living in a home where a teen died in a fire on Wednesday. Now investigators are looking at other properties linked to the same owners. Shallima Maharaj has the story.
