When asked about his plans for Kinder Morgan in the coming days during Question Period, Prime Minister Trudeau said that the plan is to get that pipeline built because it’s in the national interest. He added that the government is currently in financial discussions with the proponent while ensuring that they are able to move forward in a responsible way.
