Investigators from York Regional police are stationed outside of a downtown condo building where it’s believed 22-year-old Matthew Arcara lived. Arcara’s body was found in the driver’s seat of his Jeep Wrangler in Richmond Hill Thursday morning. Catherine McDonald explains.
