Storm Bears Down on Virginia, Causing Wind Damage and Power Cuts

A thunderstorm hit parts of Washington DC and neighboring Virginia on Monday, bringing damaging winds that felled trees and power lines, and reportedly cut power for tens of thousands. Eyewitness Emily Arnold documented the storm passing through Reston.
