Why Canadians are not being warned about romaine lettuce grown in Arizona

There have been two different outbreaks of E. Coli and romaine lettuce in Canada in five months. In the most recent outbreak, Americans have been warned by their health officials not to eat lettuce from a certain growing area in Arizona but there are no official warning in Canada. Allison Vuchnich asks why.
