Unauthorized work temporarily stops Kelowna condo tower construction

There is all sorts of construction underway in Kelowna’s booming housing market. But at one high-rise condo development, the work has come to a sudden stop. The City of Kelowna has put the brakes on construction because the contractor hasn’t followed the rules regarding building permits. And there’s also a problem with damage to city infrastructure.
