Okanagan orchardists dealing with foreign workers shortage

Every year, Okanagan farmers employ about 2,500 seasonal agricultural workers from Mexico, but not this year. Some farmers say they can’t get any Mexican workers this year and are getting desperate. The federal government says the shortage is because of administrative changes on behalf of the Mexican government, but the Mexican government says otherwise. Kelly Hayes reports.
