Quebec floods: How residents on 5th Avenue are coping one year later

Wed, May 2: It’s been one year since a Roxboro resident was arrested for building a temporary dyke to stop water from flooding his street. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, residents want a permanent dyke on 5th Avenue to prevent future flooding.
