Toronto Islands a year after the floods

Tue, May 1: Mayor John Tory told reporters a year ago that 500,000 litres of water was being pumped from the Toronto Islands every hour after heavy rainfall. Flooding led to widespread damage. Shallima Maharaj shows us what’s happening today.
