Pilot likely disoriented in 2016 crash that killed ex-Alberta premier

The Transportation Safety Board says pilot error may be to blame for the October 2016 plane crash that claimed four lives, including former Alberta Premier Jim Prentice. But as Reid Fiest reports, that’s the TSB’s best guess because the aircraft didn’t have a flight recorder on board.
