New B.C. legislation aims to stamp out illicit use of pill presses

Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth says the new legislation will close the loopholes left by federal import rules on pill presses. As John Hua reports, it’s being called the most comprehensive law of its kind in Canada with some of the stiffest penalties.
