Toronto van attack: Kathleen Wynne, John Tory call memorial ‘sobering, sombre’

Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne and Toronto Mayor John Tory said Tuesday that the memorial for victims of Monday’s van attack was “sobering” and sombre and that people’s notes show how many people want to reach out to those impacted.
