Toronto councillor speaks to Anne Marie D’Amico’s family, says they’re living a ‘nightmare’

Toronto Councillor Cesar Palacio said in a special council meeting Tuesday that he had spoken to the family of Anne Marie D’Amico, the first victim of the van attack to be identified, saying her father was living a “nightmare.”
