Waiting for the inevitable in Oliver

Some of the south Okanagan residents who were evacuated over the weekend have now been allowed to return to their homes. The sandbags in the Sportsmens bowl area appear to be doing their job, but with the warm weather this week officials near Oliver say the worst has yet to come. There are calls for re-enforcements in anticipation of the spring freshet and as Kelly Hayes reports, even local prisoners are pitching in.
