John Tory announces purchase of 1,000 new TTC buses, refurbishment of about 630 vehicles

Toronto Mayor John Tory announced the purchase of more than 1,000 new TTC buses, which will funded through a total of almost $1 billion split between the city and the federal government, and will also revitalize more than 630 existing vehicles.
